HTTI Tactical Industrial was founded in 2020 with the brand mission of upholding military professionalism, a focus on technical expertise, and leadership in innovative research to take ballistic applications to the extreme.

Their business operations include the development and contract manufacturing of bulletproof equipment and related products. They specialize in producing high-standard ballistic plates and protective materials, with core materials such as "Bulletproof Ceramics," "Bulletproof Fabric-UHMWPE," "Polyurea Coating," and "Shock-absorbing Material-PU FOAM." HTTI's R&D headquarters is located in Longtan, Taoyuan, with logistics and service warranty stations in Taichung and Chiayi, and a tactical test & evaluation center.

HTTI continues to introduce advanced ballistic materials and manufacturing processes, and their products have passed tests at authorized laboratories in the US by NIJ. They also have product liability insurance of up to 50 million NTD. In 2021, HTTI was the first to laser-engrave unique product identification numbers on ballistic plates, and they also manage individual serial numbers for soft ballistic panels. In 2022, they were the only company in Taiwan to adopt a product registration system to manage sales records and production tracing.

HTTI is committed to making ballistic technology knowledge more accessible to the public. In 2020, they established the "National Defense Forum" to openly share various ballistic science and technology knowledge, and assist military and police agencies in conducting ballistic technology tours. In 2023, they plan to launch bulletproof clothing production tutorials to promote protective equipment production skills in the civilian sector and contribute to the national defense logistics field.
